Consultation

For clients who are in the initial development phase or have an established project direction and are not yet in need of architectural services or plans we offer consultation to assist in defining the project intent, purpose and goals. This process is often used to narrow the project scope and to offer our clients the necessary information needed to make educated decisions during the development/selection process to make the project a reality and a success. Rates for consultation services are usually based on an hourly fee.

Architecture & Design

We develop a project scope that will be applied to preliminary concept drawings to review with our clients. This process allows open communication between us and our clients in order to finalize and develop the overall architectural and construction documents. We consult with local planning and building departments during the development phase of all projects to ensure that the project meets all local ordinances and is code compliant. The completed architectural and construction documents are reviewed with all clients so they have a full understanding of their project and the finish quality and detail to be expected during the construction phase.

Project Management

Management during the construction phase of our clients project is a service we can provide to ensure plan compliance and construction quality. Our construction and/or project management services simplifies and expedites the building process while offering our clients greater flexibility and economic control of their project.

Additional Services

When requested we represent our clients in presenting their projects, whether commercial or residential, to local government & community boards for their approval where required as part of the submittal process for the project. Civil engineering plans are also available for all projects when required and coordinated through our office as a pass-through client expense. If requested or needed, the following services are also available: • Project / Building Renderings (Exterior &/or Interior) • Construction Observation • Construction Billing Approvals • Project Close-outs
